We’re thrilled to welcome back Huila Rainbow Decaf, a blend that’s anything but ordinary. Sourced from Colombia’s celebrated coffee-growing regions—Huila, Nariño, and Tolima—this decaf is a true standout, crafted to shine with vibrant flavor and complexity. Developed in collaboration with our friends at Azahar Coffee, this blend brings together a spectrum of coffees from dedicated producers working at altitudes of 1,650 to 2,000 meters. The result is a cup that’s dynamic, expressive, and full of character—with tasting notes that reflect the richness of Colombia’s diverse terroir. What makes it even more special is the process: a meticulous washed method with extended fermentation (ranging from 12 to 70 hours), followed by a carefully controlled drying phase. This thoughtful approach elevates the complexity and flavor clarity, giving you a decaf that’s as rewarding as any full-strength coffee. Rainbow Decaf is more than a blend—it’s a celebration of quality, collaboration, and the incredible range of flavors that Colombian coffee has to offer.
