Sudan Rumé is a legendary variety discovered in 1940 in a wild state in the Boma Plateau, Southeast Sudan near the Ethiopian border. Inmaculada Coffee Farms, located in Pichindé, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, has mastered the art of cultivating and processing extraordinary coffees. The coffee cherries undergo meticulous processing, including anaerobic fermentation and careful drying, resulting in a unique and exceptional coffee experience.
